In the play, Gilmour sets up behind the net with the puck where he holds it for a while before fooling goalie Curtis Joseph with a spin before wrapping it into the net. Toronto would go on to win the series in seven games. Gilmour had an incredible playoff that year tying for the lead in playoff assists with 25, finishing second in points with 35 and leading all in plus-minus with +16.
