Glenn Hall #44
An NHL record that might stand forever: Glenn Hall played an incredible 502 consecutive games as a goaltender. A three-time Vezina Trophy winner, he also captured a Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks. Hall is credited with pioneering the butterfly goaltending style in the NHL. In 1968, he earned the Conn Smythe Trophy while with the St. Louis Blues, their inaugural season as an expansion team. Despite losing to the Canadiens in the Stanley Cup Final, Hall was pivotal in leading the Blues to the championship series, topping all playoff goalies with 490 saves over 18 games.
